Our client is a growing organisation operating across the UK and internationally.
As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support.

The role:
This is a key position within the business, supporting daily operations and helping to keep processes running efficiently. You’ll manage a broad range of administrative tasks, coordinate communication, arrange travel, assist with tenders and support compliance and accreditation activity. The role suits someone comfortable working independently, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities.
Key responsibilities:
Administration:
• Managing emails and client communications
• Booking jobs and scheduling work for engineers
• Updating daily labour schedules
• Arranging travel, flights and accommodation for UK and international projects
• Maintaining staff training records and certification matrices
• Preparing and issuing onboarding documents for new starters
Finance and invoicing:
• Checking supplier invoices and preparing payment forms
• Assisting with payroll preparation and maintaining financial records
Compliance and accreditations:
• Maintaining and updating industry accreditations
• Supporting the process of achieving new accreditations
International travel and compliance:
• Assisting with visa and work permit applications
• Managing documentation for overseas projects
Business support:
• Assisting with tenders and bids
• Carrying out general office duties as required
About you:
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage your workload independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using initiative and solving problems proactively
• Experienced in office administration, email management and scheduling
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Experience with tenders, compliance or industry accreditations is advantageous but not essential
