Our client is a well-established UK-based business operating from modern offices in Lancing.

Known for their strong customer focus and efficient service, they have built a loyal client base and continue to grow. As demand increases, they are now looking to expand their team with a Customer Support & Sales Administrator.

The role:

This is a varied and fast-paced position supporting both customer service and sales-related activity. You’ll play an important part in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting day-to-day operational and commercial processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting an existing customer base via phone and email
• Accurately processing customer orders and following up enquiries
• Handling incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Promoting new product lines to existing and prospective customers
• Assisting with website content updates and product information
• Liaising with suppliers to support product availability
• Maintaining clear and accurate records of customer interactions and tasks

About you:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and courteous telephone manner
• Organised, proactive and reliable team player
• Able to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in customer support or administration is preferred
• Basic technical or website editing knowledge is advantageous but not essential

• £26,000 basic salary plus monthly bonus with realistic OTE of £31,000
