Our client is undergoing an exciting CRM transformation and is looking for a highly organised Email Production Officer to join their Marketing Automation Team on a 12-week temporary contract.
This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from their Woking or London offices if preferred.
The role:
You will support the migration of existing marketing emails from Campaign Monitor into Microsoft Customer Insight Journeys. Using approved templates and a drag-and-drop editor, you will rebuild, format and quality-check a high volume of emails to ensure they meet brand, design and technical standards. This is a hands-on production-focused role with no copywriting required.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building marketing emails using templates in Microsoft Customer Insight Journeys
• Adding content, images, links and ensuring a professional visual finish
• Ensuring brand consistency across layout, styling and assets
• Completing detailed QA checks across links, images, alt text, tracking and formatting
• Working closely with the Marketing and CRM teams to meet deadlines
• Applying best-practice email design principles to support high-performing campaigns
Experience we’re looking for:
Essential:
• Experience building emails in a marketing automation or email platform (Campaign Monitor, Customer Insight Journeys, DotDigital, ClickDimensions or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand and design standards
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work at pace
• Proven experience building emails using drag-and-drop editors
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
