Are you a driven and ambitious professional ready to lead the growth strategy of a rapidly expanding business?

Our client, a successful and fast-growing organisation, is seeking a Head of Growth to join their leadership team. This newly created role offers a rare chance to make a tangible impact – shaping commercial direction, leading business development and strengthening client relationships across the South of England.

This is more than a business development position. It’s an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company’s future, working directly with decision-makers and having the freedom to bring your ideas to life.

Key responsibilities:

• Process customer relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the South of England.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events and site visits (occasional overnight stays required).
• Use CRM and research tools such as Barbour ABI to manage pipelines, track progress and monitor performance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to maximise the impact of campaigns and digital activity.
• Build, lead and mentor a commercially focused team as the business continues to grow.
• Work strategically with the leadership team to refine the company’s long-term growth plans.

Skills and experience:

• Proven background in business development, sales or growth strategy within a B2B environment.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence and presence in senior settings.
• Commercially astute with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel across the region and attend key client events.
