About the role:
You will be the welcoming face of the business, creating a professional first impression and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
This is a varied role that involves both reception duties and administrative support, playing an important part in ensuring key handling and completion processes run accurately and securely.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide a friendly, professional welcome to all visitors and callers
• Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area
• Manage property key books with accuracy and compliance
• Log key movements and ensure secure returns
• Prepare completion packs and support smooth buyer move-ins
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, updating records and handling post
• Support the wider team during busy periods
About you:
• Experience in reception, front-of-house or customer service
• Warm, confident communicator with a calm and friendly approach
• Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
• Motivated, proactive and a supportive team player
• Trustworthy, discreet and reliable
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
