Our client, a busy and fast-growing business in Cranleigh, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of two months.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and has experience in a sales environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Liaising with internal teams including sales, production, logistics and finance to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Preparing quotes, invoices and sales reports as required
• Supporting the sales team with scheduling, meetings and general administrative tasks
About you:
• Previous experience working in a sales environment
• Comfortable in a reactive, fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to spot errors
• Able to work on-site full-time in Cranleigh
