Our client is preparing for a major new opening in early 2026 and is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to take the lead in building strong connections with local and regional businesses. You will be joining an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its development.

The role:

• Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to engage local and regional organisations
• Create and sell corporate and group event packages, including wellness days, team-building sessions, tournaments and celebrations
• Manage the full event process from concept to delivery
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR teams and community partners
• Work closely with internal teams to shape and evolve the organisation’s corporate offering

About you:

• Proven experience in event sales, hospitality or corporate account management
• Strong local business knowledge of Farnham and the surrounding area
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
• Energetic, organised and passionate about people
• A genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing
• An interest in padel or pickleball is an advantage
