Are you an HR generalist who would enjoy a varied role within a well-respected charity, where your work genuinely makes a difference?
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their HR team. This is a home-based role with plenty of scope to contribute to the organisation’s people strategy and help shape a positive employee experience across the charity.

What you’ll be doing:
• Partnering with the Head of HR to support and lead core HR functions, including:
• Recruitment
• HR systems and data reporting
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Learning and development
• Performance management
• Employee benefits
• Contributing to strategic HR initiatives that influence and strengthen the organisation’s culture
• Supporting the charity’s mission and values through effective and thoughtful people management
What we’re looking for:
• Significant generalist HR experience (CIPD desirable)
• Confident using HR systems, data reporting and Microsoft 365
• Able to advise managers on a range of people issues, including those that are more complex
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to work independently
• Committed to supporting a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace
