Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring all properties comply with the latest legislation and safety requirements.
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
Managing and processing invoices for compliance-related work.
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintaining up-to-date records and using a systematic approach to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

Key Skills:

Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for ensuring all safety and legislative requirements are met, so accuracy is essential.
Communication Skills: Confident in liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors both inwriting and over the phone.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for all parties.
Organised & Systematic: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Team Player: A proactive and adaptable team player with a flexible approach, ready to tackle a variety of challenges.
