This is an amazing job share opportunity for candidates wishing to continue their career in HR. Working for a forward thinking local organisation, you will already have completed your CIPD Level 3 qualification and be looking for a role which offers mentorship along with excellent benefits. You will work 3 full days per week totalling 24 hours.
The roles will support all the HR administrative functions, with particular focus on the current recruitment campaigns. There will also be some project work along with reviewing and updating current policies. This is a really busy, varied role, working as part of a small team.
You will need previous HR admin experience and be adept at picking up IT systems quickly. This is a diverse role, so you will need to be organised, able to work to deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and have sound written and verbal communication skills.
