We are recruiting for a reputable firm of solicitors, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary or experienced Private Client Secretary to join their team for a temporary period to help cover a busy workload.
Primarily you will be audio typing of legal documents, letters, and other materials, providing administrative support to conveyancing or private client departments as well as managing and organising client files with accuracy and efficiency.
You must have previous experience in conveyancing or private client law, with excellent typing skills and a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is key, along with effective communication skills and the happy to work independently.
