We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator/Personal Assistant for our Client to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working independently. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
Process card payments and manage related transactions.
Liaise with insurance companies and manage administrative tasks related to claims.
Provide quotations to clients and issue invoices.
Perform general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills and Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Practical, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Must be a car driver due to the rural location.
An interest/knowledge in horses is desirable.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
