An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Property Manager to join our award-winning client at their Birmingham site. If you have a background in property management and leadership, this role is for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the property team.
  • Handle maintenance enquiries, inspections, and lettings viewings.
  • Manage the team rota and ensure all performance-based KPIs are met.
  • Review and develop policies, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Support end-of-tenant processes and conduct health & safety checks.
  • Approve invoices and assist with operational reports.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and help promote the organisation.

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in property management.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for customer service and a results-driven mindset.
