We’re working with a leading UK healthcare organisation that’s looking for a commercially focused Growth Marketing Executive to help drive their growth strategy across NHS and private healthcare markets.

The role:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll work closely with the field-based medical sales team to develop and deliver sales-led marketing campaigns. You’ll have ownership of brand messaging, materials and strategy across multiple channels, while also leading a small in-house team.
Key responsibilities:
- Align marketing activity with sales strategy across NHS and private healthcare sectors
- Create and manage integrated campaigns across digital, print and live events
- Produce impactful collateral including case studies, sales tools and presentations
- Lead the company’s presence at trade shows, conferences and exhibitions
- Analyse past marketing and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage and develop a team of two marketing assistants
- Support product launches and contribute to ongoing brand development
The ideal candidate:
- Degree in marketing, business, life sciences or a related subject
- Proven experience in healthcare or medical device marketing
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing to business results
- Confident team leader with experience managing junior staff
- Knowledge of NHS structure and procurement processes (desirable)
- Excellent communication, project management and analysis skills
