Are you a detail-driven HR professional looking for your next opportunity in a values-led, people-first environment? Our client – a leading independent organisation in the education sector is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support their busy HR function during an exciting period of strategic growth and transformation.

Working closely with the Head of HR, this is a varied role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to compliance, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth processes and excellent employee experiences across a dynamic and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns and advertising roles
  • Carrying out pre-employment vetting and safeguarding checks
  • Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records across HR systems (e.g., Every HR, iSAMS)
  • Supporting monthly payroll processing
  • Ensuring HR compliance in line with sector-specific regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid administrative experience, ideally within HR
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Experience in education or a regulated sector is desirable but not essential
