Our client – a leading independent organisation in the education sector is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support their busy HR function during an exciting period of strategic growth and transformation.
Working closely with the Head of HR, this is a varied role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to compliance, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth processes and excellent employee experiences across a dynamic and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns and advertising roles
- Carrying out pre-employment vetting and safeguarding checks
- Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate records across HR systems (e.g., Every HR, iSAMS)
- Supporting monthly payroll processing
- Ensuring HR compliance in line with sector-specific regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Solid administrative experience, ideally within HR
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Experience in education or a regulated sector is desirable but not essential
