With a broad footprint spanning thousands of children every week, this organisation is on a strong growth trajectory and is currently seeking a Director of Growth Marketing.

The role

As part of the senior leadership team within this dynamic, mission-driven organisation, you will drive the development and execution of multi-channel growth strategies to accelerate market expansion, strengthen strategic partnerships and attract exceptional talent.

You will oversee a skilled marketing leadership team, including the Heads of B2B Marketing and Employer Branding, working closely with the executive team to drive measurable growth and strengthen the organisation’s brand presence within the education and enrichment sectors.

The role offers hybrid working, with four days office-based and one day from home.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and expand market reach.
  • Own and optimise the Martech stack and data infrastructure to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency, audience targeting, content personalisation, and campaign optimisation.
  • Manage agency relationships to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns across paid media, search, social, email, and video platforms.
  • Oversee ongoing website development focused on SEO, UX improvements, analytics, and conversion optimisation.
  • Provide insightful, data-driven reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.

Candidate profile:

  • Strategic, data-driven marketer with a strong background in experimentation and optimisation.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in growth marketing within B2B or B2B2C environments, ideally working for a fast-growing SME, with examples of delivering measurable growth.
  • Demonstrable success in lead generation, demand generation, ABM, inbound marketing, and full-funnel growth
  • Proficient in deploying AI and automation within marketing workflows.
  • Skilled in managing agency partnerships to deliver measurable results.
  • Inclusive and supportive leadership style focused on team development and collaboration.
