Our highly successful client is looking for a Resident Services Associate (RSA) to join their on-site team. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.
The hours are across a rolling shift pattern: 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, 11am–8pm
Weekend Work: Max one in every 3 Saturdays (often less)
The responsibilities of the role are split approximately:
- 65% desk-based admin and resident interaction
- Responding to resident queries
- Handling emails and logging issues
- Managing bookings and access requests
- Supporting community events and communications
- 35% hands-on building tasks
- Conducting apartment and building inspections
- Managing move-ins and move-outs
- Liaising with and checking contractor's works
- Supporting community events
- Walking the site to ensure everything’s in order
Key skills required:
- A background in hospitality, customer service or a fitness club environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and juggling admin with in-person service
- Proactive, approachable and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
- Reliable, organised and flexible — with a team mindset
