Our client, a prestigious and well-established organisation based in Farnham, is looking for an EA/Office Manager to provide dedicated support to the chair and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their office. This is a varied role that combines executive assistance, office management and event coordination within a friendly and professional setting.

You’ll be responsible for managing complex diaries, handling communications, organising meetings and travel, and overseeing the office’s daily operations. It’s a key role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, works with discretion and thrives on keeping things running efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide proactive, high-quality support to the chair, managing business and personal diaries, appointments and commitments.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and handle changes with professionalism, keeping all parties informed.
• Arrange meetings, calls and events: preparing papers, materials and minutes as required.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports on behalf of the chair.
• Organise business and personal travel and accommodation.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring an organised and efficient environment.
• Act as the first point of contact for members, suppliers and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls and post.
• Maintain and update office systems, databases and digital filing structures.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers and vendors to ensure operational needs are met.
• Assist with planning and coordination of corporate events, tournaments and hospitality, working closely with the operations team.
• Manage event schedules, invitations, logistics and communications.
