Key responsibilities:
• Support the planning, coordination and promotion of an upcoming launch and related events.
• Maintain and update the company website with relevant and engaging content.
• Create and promote marketing materials highlighting news, activities and events across digital and offline channels.
• Manage the organisation’s social media platforms, producing engaging posts, stories and short-form video content.
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns to customers, prospects and partners.
• Monitor and improve SEO performance to drive traffic and increase visibility.
• Support the marketing and coordination of events, promotions and partnership activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, gathering feedback, testimonials and insights from customers and stakeholders.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future activity.
About you:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a collaborative approach and an interest in building brand awareness.
• A marketing qualification or relevant experience (preferred).
• Experience using digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• A self-starter who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working in a positive, hands-on environment.
