The role:
- Analyse and interpret data from various business sources to uncover trends and insights
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with teams to support data-led decisions across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy, and efficiency
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A genuine growth mindset — open to feedback, adaptable, and always learning
