As a Client Services Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and client support including:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Proactively develop solutions to ensure a consistently exceptional service experience.
  • Provide timely and relevant updates to internal clients on task progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to offer support and guidance wherever needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage internal and external post and arrange courier services.
  • Oversee file closing procedures, including archiving and retrieval.
  • Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing.
  • Assist the Finance team by submitting receipts, cheques, and invoices accurately.
  • Submit payment requests and expected funds forms.
  • Produce court bundles alongside the CDS team.
  • Conduct basic Land Registry searches and retrieve company details from Companies House.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and practice-specific administrative tasks as required.

Person Specification:

  • GCSEs (A-C) in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service ethos with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
