A newly created position has been created for a process oriented and highly experienced Credit Control Manager. Working for a rapidly growing company, based in central Worthing, this is a key role for someone passionate about optimising cash flow, developing strong client relationships, and driving results.
As the Credit Control Manager, you will take ownership of their credit management processes from end to end, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across the business. You will design and manage the full credit control cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring processes are streamlined, compliant with regulations, and tailored to business needs.
Outstanding communication skills are a must, coupled with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proven experience in a credit control or similar financial management role is essential along with proficiency in credit control software and financial reporting tools.
