Are you an experienced Office Manager seeking your next challenge?

We have a great opportunity to oversee the administrative operations of this busy office, ensuring daily tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This full-time, office-based role offers opportunities for growth and development as the company pursues its expansion plans.

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate administrative staff, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met. You will manage office procedures and policies to maintain an organised and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will refine the procedures for the company’s accreditations to simplify the process. You will also support the Finance Director with various tasks, requiring a good level of numeracy and assist with the implementation and testing of new software.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT literacy, exceptional management and communication skills, and a basic understanding of HR practices and procedures.

While a medical background and experience with QuickBooks would be advantageous, they are not essential.
