They are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and inspire the production, logistics, delivery, and customer experience teams, driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadership & strategy – Motivate and develop teams to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.
  • Operational efficiency – Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Performance management – Set and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Project management – Oversee key projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Cost & pricing strategy – Review and implement pricing adjustments in line with raw material costs.
