Our client is looking for resilient, empathetic and driven customer service advisors, who are not only great at solving problems but can also upsell valuable add-on products to enhance the customer experience.
This is a hybrid role offering 1 day working from home and 4 days in the office. The shift pattern is 8.30am to 4.30pm for 2 weeks and then 1 week of 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, as well as 1 in 8 Saturdays, working 9am to 2pm with a day off in lieu.
You’ll be providing outstanding customer support with a positive and can-do attitude, using your empathy and communication skills to understand customer needs and upsell relevant products and services.
