Our client is looking to recruit an outstanding, customer focussed individual, with experience within the lettings or hospitality sectors. This is a full time, fully office based role, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis which will include 1 in 3 Saturdays.
You will play a pivotal role as part of the front of house team, providing an exceptional service to the residents. You will carry out services such as meet & greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections and lettings viewings and handling the day to day enquiries/complaints from residents ensuring they are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.
Ideally you will have previous lettings experience or have worked within the travel & tourism/hospitality sector. You will need excellent rapport building skills, be comfortable multi-tasking with ever changing priorities and have exceptional customer service skills.
