We are seeking a highly organised individual to join a rapidly growing wholesale import business in a Sales Support capacity. This is a key role within the business company, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the sales team while ensuring top-tier service to the Trade Buyer customers. Role Overview
As a Sales Support professional, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the sales, operations, and accounting teams. Your main responsibility will be to assist the sales team in maximising their potential while ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing & Administration
- Contact suppliers to confirm product availability
- Prepare proforma invoices for customer payments
- Record and process customer payments
- Conduct pre-purchase checks
- Update the sales tracker with new deals
- Create and maintain deal files on SharePoint, ensuring all product details and paperwork are organised and shared with customers
- Request and review scanned paperwork from suppliers, verifying terms and conditions
- Set up payment requests for management approval
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival at the office
- Manage inbound and outbound mail, including DHL postings
- Ensure internal systems reflect accurate sales records
Key Skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
- Confident communicator with proficiency in both written and verbal interactions
- Valid driving license with access to personal transport
- Effective multitasker with solid organisational capabilities
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
This role is full time and offers hybrid working but you must be able to travel to Bangor for meetings or occasional work in the office when required.
