We are working with a successful and growing business that is looking for a Sales Executive, with excellent customer service skills, to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, results-driven individual with previous B2B sales experience who enjoys building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Role overview:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships and supporting existing ones. You’ll work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and help achieve company targets.

This temp-to-perm position is fully office-based and offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme and onsite parking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets

  • Identify potential clients through research and networking, focusing on B2B opportunities

  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities

  • Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track sales activities, manage customer interactions and report on performance

  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals for clients

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and maximise outreach

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a record of achieving or exceeding targets

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software

  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships at all levels

  • Self-motivated, driven and confident working independently as well as part of a team
