We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation to recruit a Learning & Development Partner to join their People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the development of colleagues across the business and shaping a culture that values learning, leadership and belonging.

As the Learning & Development Partner, you’ll design and deliver inclusive learning programmes, workshops and webinars that promote behavioural and technical development. Working closely with the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead, you’ll also champion inclusive practices and help embed them into everyday learning experiences.
You’ll have the chance to lead on innovative projects, including the integration of AI into learning delivery, while continuing to provide engaging face-to-face training. It’s a varied and influential role where your expertise will help drive organisational growth and individual development at every level.
Key responsibilities:

Design and deliver personal and management development workshops and webinars tailored to evolving business needs.

Oversee mandatory training for all employees and volunteers, including key areas such as Safeguarding, Diversity & Inclusion and Inclusive Language.

Champion diversity and inclusion by partnering with the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead to raise awareness and drive meaningful change.

Integrate AI tools into learning activities while maintaining strong, people-focused learning experiences.

Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and deliver impactful, relevant development opportunities.

Evaluate and report on learning effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve programmes.

Manage key projects, including the Aspiring Managers’ Programme, ensuring learning sessions are well promoted and tracked through the LMS.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in designing, coordinating and facilitating learning activities across a range of levels.

Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles, with experience embedding them into L&D initiatives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A collaborative and creative approach, with confidence in using digital tools and AI in learning.
Location & travel:
The role is based at Wisley, with travel across UK sites as required. Occasional overnight stays will be needed to deliver workshops and events.
