Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a flexible part-time role?  Our successful and highly respected client is seeking an Administrator to support their busy training team in delivering high-quality courses. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Role overview:
As an Administrator, you’ll provide vital support to the training team by preparing course materials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring everything runs efficiently before and after each session. The role offers 20–25 hours per week, with hours arranged flexibly to suit both you and the team. (Salary is pro-rata of full-time equivalent stated in the job listing).

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch training pack materials for all courses

  • Process post-course documentation, including feedback forms and certificates

  • Maintain accurate training records and filing systems

  • Assist with general administration tasks as required

Key skills required:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
