This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:
The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday and it is based on working one of these shifts on a rolling three-week pattern:- 8am-12pm / 9am–1pm / 4pm–8pm.
The responsibilities of the role are split approximately:
- 65% desk-based admin and resident interaction
- Responding to resident queries
- Handling emails and logging issues
- Managing bookings and access requests
- Supporting community events and communications
- 35% hands-on building tasks
- Conducting apartment and building inspections
- Managing move-ins and move-outs
- Liaising with and checking contractor's works
- Supporting community events
- Walking the site to ensure everything’s in order
Key skills required:
- A background in hospitality, customer service, or a fitness club environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and juggling admin with in-person service
- Proactive, approachable, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
- Reliable, organised, and flexible — with a team mindset
