If so, this could be the perfect role for you.  Our highly successful client is looking for a Resident Services Associate (RSA) to join their on-site team. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

The hours are across a rolling shift pattern: 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, 11am–8pm
Weekend Work: Max one in every 3 Saturdays (often less)

The responsibilities of the role are split approximately:

  • 65% desk-based admin and resident interaction
  • Responding to resident queries
  • Handling emails and logging issues
  • Managing bookings and access requests
  • Supporting community events and communications
  • 35% hands-on building tasks
  • Conducting apartment and building inspections
  • Managing move-ins and move-outs
  • Liaising with and checking contractor's works
  • Supporting community events
  • Walking the site to ensure everything’s in order

Key skills required:

  • A background in hospitality, customer service or a fitness club environment
  • Comfortable using computer systems and juggling admin with in-person service
  • Proactive, approachable and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
  • Reliable, organised and flexible — with a team mindset
