Key responsibilities:
• Manage the full order process from receipt through to delivery.
• Coordinate shipping, customs clearance and export documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer communication.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
• Ensure compliance with company and international trade procedures.
About you:
• Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or logistics coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or order management systems.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Own transport is essential due to the rural office location.
