Role overview:
As a sales support professional, you will be at the heart of operations supporting the sales, operations and accounting teams. Your main responsibility will be to assist the sales team in maximising their potential while ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Key responsibilities:

Contact suppliers to confirm product availability

Prepare proforma invoices for customer payments

Record and process customer payments

Conduct pre-purchase checks

Update the sales tracker with new deals

Create and maintain deal files on SharePoint, ensuring all product details and paperwork are organised and shared with customers

Request and review scanned paperwork from suppliers, verifying terms and conditions

Set up payment requests for management approval

Inspect vehicles upon arrival at the office

Manage inbound and outbound mail, including DHL postings

Ensure internal systems reflect accurate sales records
