Key responsibilities
- Overseeing all day-to-day warehouse activities
- Supervising the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Leading and directing the warehouse team to meet daily targets
- Managing stock control and inventory accuracy
- Ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with company procedures
- Maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Supporting the development and performance of the team
Key requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory warehouse role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Confidence in managing a team in a fast-paced environment
