What you’ll be doing
You’ll support their Sales, Operations, and Finance teams by:
- Maximising the efficiency and output of the Sales Team
- Providing top-tier service to both trade and consumer customers
- Ensuring smooth and accurate operational workflows
Key responsibilities:
- Confirm product availability with suppliers
- Prepare proforma invoices and process client payments
- Conduct pre-order checks and maintain internal deal trackers
- Organise and manage digital deal files (SharePoint)
- Verify supplier documents and ensure compliance with terms
- Raise payment requests for approval
- Coordinate inspection and delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate, real-time records across internal systems
