As an advisory board member for the Diversity Project, an active member of the CEO sponsor group for the gender workstream and an LGBT Great #50for50 ally,  Mitesh will talk us through the nuts and bolts of diversity and inclusion and how, as organisations, we need to rethink our approach beyond bias training, whilst creating a safe space for our employees.

We all want to create a better culture and ensure the engagement of all people within our businesses, and the best way is through less talk and more action.

As leaders we have a responsibility and opportunity to change ourselves, our teams and our organisations, whilst bringing about systematic change for the future.

Mitesh will also reflect on the changes we have faced since the start of the pandemic, from working remotely to hybrid working – how can we be sure this is happening fairly and without favouritism? Could hybrid working exacerbate existing inequalities in the workplace?

Many of the barriers to change and progess are human in nature – subconscious and entrenched, but there is a need for change.

Mitesh will share his valuable advice and knowledge during the webinar and will also answer any questions you may have.

We anticipate that this webinar will be extremely popular, so early booking is recommended.

Thank you for requesting to join this event, please complete the details below and further information will be sent via email.
