Your Role:
As a key senior member of the finance team, you’ll:
- Lead on new Finance system: Champion and optimise the ERP system to support better processes and performance.
- Drive Business Partnering: Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial structure, enhance decision-making, and build alignment across teams.
- Be Hands-On: Get involved in the day-to-day transactional work – reviewing reconciliations, journals, and supporting the month-end close – while keeping strategic objectives in focus.
- Lead Through Change: Working closely with the Head of Finance to help shape the structure of the finance function, bringing a team with you – through clear communication, support, and leading by example.
