Are you an organised, proactive, and intuitive individual looking for a part-time PA role to cover maternity leave. The role offers flexible hours, ideally working 6 or 7 hours per day, 4 days per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ideally our client would like a start date of 14th April to allow time for a handover and the duration will be approximately 7 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Manage and organise the owners’ and Commercial Director’s diaries and schedules
- Handle email inboxes, flagging important messages and ensuring timely responses
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring all logistics are in place
- Create and manage documents using Word and Excel
- Prioritise tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Be a go-to person for all general office queries
- Ensure all office supplies are stocked and manage inventory levels effectively
Key Skills:
- Experience with managing and organising multiple schedules and diaries
- Ability to handle email inboxes, flagging important messages and ensuring timely responses
- Ability to create weekly and monthly reports
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Comfortable prioritising tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Anticipate needs and provide general administrative support
