Our client is looking for a dynamic Resident Services Manager, to lead and elevate the resident experience at one of their highly successful communities. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of all onsite resident operations, ensuring they are delivered in line with the company’s high standards and core proposition.
You will be responsible for the financial, operational, and service performance of your community, making sure every aspect aligns with the commitment to excellence, safety, and community wellbeing.
Reporting to the Head of Resident Services, you will also support the broader Resident Services Team (RST), helping to foster a high-performing, values-driven culture across the portfolio. You’ll play a key part in building a place that feels like home for the residents.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of all resident-facing services and operations
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand values
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational KPIs for your community
- Build a local community culture that supports safety, inclusivity, and wellbeing
- Guide, mentor, and inspire your onsite team, promoting professional growth and collaboration
- Support the Head of Resident Services in shaping RST-wide strategy and standards
Key skills & experience:
- Previous management and leadership experience in residential property or hotel is essential
- Passion for creating vibrant, service-led communities
- Strong decision-making ability and a proactive, hands-on approach
- IRPM Level 2 qualification would be advantageous
- Good technical knowledge and previous experience of residential property repair and construction would be beneficial
- Intermediate level ability in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenants Act and Housing / Rents Acts Legislation
- Demonstrable understanding of H&S requirements on site
